I am Washington Calvache, an entrepreneur, sales mentor, strategist, and business advisor with more than 15 years of experience helping people and companies grow with purpose.
As an entrepreneur, I have founded and led companies such as Loyal Construction, ATL Contracting and Design, and the social project Loyal Accessible Solutions, from where I have managed more than 280 projects in Georgia, combining technical excellence with social impact.
As a sales mentor, I train and strengthen commercial teams so they learn to connect with their clients, build trust, and sell with awareness, based on empathy, ethics, and sustainable results.

As the founder and director of Loyal Construction, Washington has led more than 280 high-quality remodeling and development projects since 2021, earning his company multiple honors including Best of Georgia, Best of Forsyth County, and Best of Cumming in both 2023 and 2024.
But his mission goes beyond construction — Washington is the creator of Loyal Accessible Solutions, a groundbreaking initiative that designs and builds ADA-compliant spaces for people with disabilities. By partnering with suppliers, counties, and nonprofits, the project has delivered life-changing renovations to families in vulnerable situations, improving accessibility, dignity, and quality of life. His leadership has positioned Loyal as not just a contractor, but a force for inclusion and transformation.
Washington is also the creator of the DIAMOND Method, a business development framework that helps entrepreneurs discover the “heart of their business” — aligning identity, purpose, and strategy to drive meaningful growth.
Through his brand WASHINGTON DC – Business Strategist, he mentors businesses across Georgia and Latin America, teaching them to “sell with conscience” through his unique program focused on ethical, impactful sales. His coaching has empowered dozens of entrepreneurs to scale with authenticity and serve their clients with empathy and purpose.
With over 15 years of experience in marketing, business strategy, and leadership, Washington combines professional excellence with a deep commitment to community.
