As a producer, I develop purpose-driven documentaries and short films for companies, individuals, and communities. Each piece is crafted to carry a message with social value—raising awareness, inspiring change, and transmitting hope—so content does more than inform; it moves people to act.
As a Business Strategist and entrepreneur, I lead Built by Washington and initiatives such as Loyal Construction and the social project Loyal Accessible Solutions. As the founder and director of Loyal Construction, Washington has led more than 280 high-quality remodeling and development projects since 2021, earning his company multiple honors including Best of Georgia, Best of Forsyth County, and Best of Cumming in both 2023 and 2024.
But his mission goes beyond construction — Washington is the creator of Loyal Accessible Solutions, a groundbreaking initiative that designs and builds ADA-compliant spaces for people with disabilities. By partnering with suppliers, counties, and nonprofits, the project has delivered life-changing renovations to families in vulnerable situations, improving accessibility, dignity, and quality of life. His leadership has positioned Loyal as not just a contractor, but a force for inclusion and transformation.
Washington is also the creator of the DIAMOND Method, a business development framework that helps entrepreneurs discover the “heart of their business” — aligning identity, purpose, and strategy to drive meaningful growth.
